CCTV Footage showing scene inside Japan's collapsed Sasago Tunnel

The Sasago tunnel passes through hills not far from Mount Fuji, it is one of the longest in Japan at 4.7-kilometres (three miles) long, and it sits on a major road connecting Tokyo with the centre and west of the country.

At least seven people were feared dead after this Tunnel Collapse, trapping them in their vehicles and starting a fire that filled the tunnel with thick, black smoke. Government officials said fear of an additional collapse had prevented rescuers from reaching the two trapped vehicles.
