It seems PayPal is going to provide Debit Card for Indian users.
According to the email sent from PayPal to its Customers, the Debit Card will a MasterCard.
So, the PayPal users can withdraw money from MasterCard supported ATM centers immediately. Otherwise, normally withdrawing money to Bank account from PayPal will take 2 or 3 days.
