 TERMS OF SERVICE FOR EBOOK/Software SALES

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your purchase and use of the ebooks ("Ebook") sold by Rajamanickam Antonimuthu ("Seller"). By purchasing the Ebook, you agree to be bound by these TOS.

License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these TOS, Seller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Ebook for your personal, non-commercial use.

Payment. You agree to pay the purchase price for the Ebook. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. A refund is not applicable.

Delivery. Seller will deliver the Ebook to you by download link through email or online. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the technical requirements necessary to access and use the Ebook.

Intellectual Property. Seller owns all intellectual property rights in the Ebook. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Ebook without Seller's prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. The Ebook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Ebook.

Changes to the TOS. Seller may update or modify these TOS at any time. You agree to be bound by the updated TOS if you continue to use the Ebook.
