I started QualityPoint Technologies in 2008 with a small team, and we have successfully completed more than 120 small IT projects, mostly in web development. In addition to working on client projects, we also developed several products, including our Timesheet software.
In recent years, I stopped hiring team members because I found it difficult to retain them. After doing a detailed analysis, I decided to change my business model completely. At present, I do not have any team members.
Instead of hiring employees, I plan to use an affiliate or revenue-sharing model. Currently, I am offering a 50–75% affiliate commission. Although more than 45 people have joined as affiliates, they are not actively promoting my products.
Therefore, I am planning to invest significant time in training interested individuals as interns, where I will teach them AI and digital marketing. Normally, I charge $12 per hour for my AI coaching, but these interns will receive this coaching free of cost. In addition, they can also earn affiliate commissions.

Note that there is no salary/stipend involved. Interns can earn money from affiliate commissions, and I will be giving priority to the Interns if/when I decide to hire employees.
