You can tweet from Landline Phone without having Internet connection.

Egypt Government has blocked all Internet connections within Egypt to suppress the protests against the President Hosni Mubarak.

Few days back Twitter and Facebook were blocked in Egypt. Now, everything including Email service were blocked.

All the ISPs (Link Egypt, Vodafone/Raya, Telecom Egypt, Noor Group and Etisalat Misr) are NOT working now.

(If you are not aware of  Egypt issue, you can read "What's Going On In Egypt?")

Google and Twitter have launched a service to allow people in Egypt to send Twitter messages by leaving a voicemail on a specific number (+16504194196; +390662207294; and +97316199855)

Anyone can tweet by simply leaving a voicemail on one of these international phone numbers (+16504194196 or +390662207294 or +97316199855) and the service will instantly tweet the message using the hashtag #egypt. No Internet connection is required. People can listen to the messages by dialing the same phone numbers or going to twitter.com/speak2tweet. (You can see the links are pointing to saynow.com. It is the company which was recently acquired by Google).

You can read more details about this speak2tweet service  in official Google blog post.

Few days back I had analyzed the growth of Social Media. Now it is proved that Social Media is growing beyond internet connection restrictions.

Mobile is a wireless electronic tool used for telephone and multimedia communications. It is a communication network that does not involve cable or wire connection between two entities. These are really nice tips. Thank you for sharing. I think it would be helpful to all. Keep it up
